my planner notebook is so pretty and i love everything that lesley makes and sells on her Etsy shop here at small meadow
i have added a few personal touches like a bit of washi tape on the edge...
a small post it notepad...
and i carved a few stamps to use on the monthly page.
then in the blank notebook i use it for to do lists and notes
and i added a list of books to read which hopefully i will get to this summer.
