My self-care notebook

This is my self-care journal that I have started while I try to get healthy, it keeps me inspired and on track.
JOURNEY INTO HEALING

inspiration for walking and nature,
journal promts to fill in,

a list of JOYS...

another journal prompt to fill in, and I'm also adding in little drawings here and there,

and blogs and websites that I find inspiring.

  3. You know, I have never thought to make a self- care journal... but you are inspiring me so bad here to start one (not that I don't have anything to keep me busy! Ha!). Thank you, Jenni.

    1. I tend to sometimes forget all the good things I can do for myself, so it's fun to have all of the ideas in one place and when I'm stressed I can just look through it for inspiration.
I just add a little to it at a time. I'm glad I was able to inspire you and I hope you do put something together and maybe blog about it sometime? :)
      Have a great weekend,
      Jenni

  5. Jenni so glad you are on the path to feeling better. I too find that when I write something down I don't seem to carry it around in my head which helps me to not worry as much about that particular thing. Make sense? Love your Journal. You are very talented. Love you. Aunt Cathy :0)

    1. Hi Cathy,
Thank you, yes I'm really starting to feel better now and I feel like I'm on a good path. It definitely does help to write it all down, and I love making journals for all kinds of things. :)
Hope you all are doing well,
      I miss you
      Love,Jenni

  6. Jenni,

I love this journal..What a great idea...Sometimes we forget all the things we love like reading, cooking, etc...I too take yoga and I find that a class allows me to relax more I am not focused on the video I am watching at home. I am able to focus on the instructors voice and the instructor also adjusts my body to the proper alignment. Thanks for inspiring me...I think I may start my own self-care journal.

    1. Thank you, yes that is exactly how I felt in my class you can relax into the poses easier and it was so enjoyable, I'm now looking forward to it each week.
I love that I could inspire someone to make their own self-care notebook so I hope you try it.
Hope your having a great weekend,
      Jenni
